The enemy continues to use weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements, the ATO Headquarters press center reported.
In Donetsk direction, illegal armed formations opened fire from 120mm and 82mm mortars, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms on defenders of Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk), Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol), Butovka coal mine (11.4km north-west of Donetsk), Nevelske (18km north-west of Donetsk), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk), Kamyanka (62km south of Donetsk) and Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk). Militants also shelled Ukrainian troops near Talakivka (20km north-west of Mariupol) using weapons on infantry fighting vehicles. The enemy also used grenade launchers to launch attacks on Ukrainian positions near Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk) and Bohdanivka (41km south-west of Donetsk), heavy machine guns – near Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk), Verkhniotoretske (22km north-east of Donetsk), Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol), Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol) and Pyshchevyk (25km north-east of Mariupol), small arms – near Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk), Talakivka (20km north-west of Mariupol) and Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol). Ukrainian strongholds near Marinka came under sniper fire.
In Luhansk direction, terrorists fired 120mm and 82mm mortars, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and IFV weapons on Ukrainian troops near Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk). Defenders of Svitlodarsk (55km north-west of Donetsk) came under 120mm mortar, grenade launcher and IFV fire.
Three Ukrainian soldiers were wounded in enemy shelling in last day.
