Conference on planning Sea Breeze 2018 kicks off in Odesa (photos)

Sea Breeze 2018 initial planning conference began in Odesa, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s press service reports.
“The aim of the conference is to develop a scenario, approve exercise tasks and determine the composition of forces to be involved in the exercise,” reads a report.
The Ukrainian party is led by Deputy Ukrainian Navy Commander Rear Admiral Oleksii Neizhpapa and the US delegation is headed by Captain 1st Rank Michael Villegas.
This is the first of three conferences traditionally held during the preparatory period.
