President Poroshenko: There is no alternative to Minsk agreements

He stated this at a joint press conference with President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Today the Minsk accords, which have been included into the resolutions of the UN Security Council, UN General Assembly, international documents, and I’m confident they will be included in the textbooks on diplomacy, are the only and uncontested document for the de-escalation of the conflict and de-occupation of the Ukrainian territories," Poroshenko said.

He also thanked Lukashenko for providing a venue for the Minsk talks and the work of the Trilateral Contact Group.
