"We had a very constructive conversation. During the meeting, we considered a number of security issues in the world and Ukraine. I informed my colleague about Russia's violation of the Minsk accords. We discussed the issues of cooperation and joint participation of our departments in multinational exercises. We examined cooperation in the training of our specialists and the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic. We also considered the areas of training of special operations forces and snipers," Poltorak stressed.
According to him, the meeting was highly effective, constructive and useful. Poltorak thanked his colleague for his support and cooperation.
In turn, the Czech defense minister once again confirmed that the Czech Republic would never recognize the annexation of Crimea and the Russian aggression in the east of Ukraine. He stressed that this was a violation of the international law, so the Czech Republic supported Ukraine in this difficult situation.
