Poroshenko: Western partners provide Ukraine with 700 military equipment units

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said this while handing over the military equipment at the airport in Chuhuyiv, Kharkiv region, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"I want to emphasize that our western partners lend considerable assistance in providing the army with weapons, military equipment and property. We have received more than 700 units of military and special equipment as part of the established military and technical cooperation. We get position-radar stations for counter-battery fighting, unmanned aerial vehicles, thermal imagery devices, reliable communication equipment and many other units," the President said.
