Situation remains tense near Avdiyivka

Spokesman for the Presidential Administration on the anti-terrorist operation, Colonel Oleksandr Motuzianyk said this at the briefing in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

Enemy's sabotage-reconnaissance groups of the 11th separate motorized rifle regiment (11th sep MRR) (Makiyivka) and the 3rd separate motorized rifle brigade (3rd sep MRB) (Horlivka) of the Russian Armed Forces 1st AC (Donetsk) made actively reconnaissance of the ATO forces positions near an industrial zone of Avdiyivka and in the west from Donetsk purification plant.

It was noted other facts of supplies of ammunition and military equipment for the needs of the Russian Armed Forces 1st AC from the Russian territories to the settlements, as follows: Khartsyzk – echelon with ammunition (to 20 tons); Donetsk – five trucks with military equipment (including engines for tanks, accumulators) for the needs of the 5th separate motorized rifle brigade (Donetsk).
