Militants shell Ukrainian positions 18 times

"From 18:00 yesterday till morning, the militants used heavy machine guns and small arms to shell Pisky [12km north-west of Donetsk], Avdiyivka [18km north of Donetsk], and Taramchuk [30km south-west of Donetsk]," reads the statement.

According to the ATO headquarters, the militants used infantry combat vehicles, grenade launchers, and heavy machine guns to fire on Leninske (22km east of Mariupol) and Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk).

In Mariupol direction, the small arms were used to shell Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol).

The terrorists also used grenade launchers and small arms to open aimed fire on Ukrainian positions outside Novhorodske (34km north of Donetsk) and Trokhizbenka (33km north-west of Luhansk).
