OSCE SMM spots tanks of militants near Mariupol

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine states it recorded deployment of 27 tanks and other military hardware of militants in Mariupol direction.
This is stated in the OSCE SMM report of October 19, published on Tuesday.
"In violation of respective withdrawal lines, the SMM unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) spotted the following military hardware in “DPR”-controlled areas: in the area of Bezimenne (30km east of Mariupol) two main battle tanks (MBTs) and in the area of Sontseve (60km north-east of Mariupol) 25 MBTs and other military equipment," reads the report.
In addition, the militants did not provide the OSCE monitors with information about the withdrawal of heavy weapons, which had been scheduled to start in Debaltseve direction on October 20.
