20 attempts of giving bribes to frontier guards registered in last week

A relevant report was posted on the website of Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service.

“Systemic work to combat abuse of power among the State Border Service’s personnel is yielding results. For example, only during the last week 20 cases have been registered, when citizens while crossing the border, the administrative border with Crimea and demarcation line, violated the current legislation and offered unlawful remuneration to border guards. It should be also noted that the number of rejects by the border guards from unlawful remuneration is constantly growing, compared with the previous years" reads the report.
