Russians carry out 810 strikes on Zaporizhzhia region over past day, leaving one killed, nine injured

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out 810 strikes on 42 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region, killing one person and injuring nine others.

According to Ukrinform, the head of the regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported this on Telegram.

According to him, one person was killed and nine were injured as a result of Russian attacks on the Zaporizhzhia district.

Russian troops carried out 19 airstrikes on Zaporizhzhia, Balabyne, Kushuhum, Novooleksandrivka, Shyroke, Samiilivka, Krynivka, Liubytske, Zelena Dibrova, Orikhiv, Vozdvyzhivka, Kopani, Tsvitkove, and Novosoloshyne.

In addition, 543 drones of various types (mostly FPV) attacked Komyshuvakha, Novomykolaivka, Yurkivka, Kosivtseve, Bilenke, Chervona Krynytsia, Novooleksandrivka, Stepnohirsk, Stepove, Pavlivka, Prymorske, Lukianivske, Mali Shcherbaky, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Varvarivka, Dobropillia, Tsvitkove, Sviatopetrivka, Hirke, Zelene, Bilohiria, Pryluky, Huliaipilske, and Staroukrainka.

Seven strikes from multiple launch rocket systems were recorded in Balabyne, Zaliznychne, Varvarivka, Huliaipilske, Shcherbaky, and Novoandriivka.

Additionally, 241 artillery strikes hit Kosivtseve, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Pavlivka, Lukianivske, Mali Shcherbaky, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Varvarivka, Dobropillia, Bilohiria, Pryluky, Huliaipilske, and Sviatopetrivka.

Fedorov noted that 166 reports were received about damage to infrastructure, housing, and vehicles.

As previously reported, on April 9 Russian forces attacked a car with a drone in the village of Yurkivka in the Zaporizhzhia district, injuring two people.
