Ukraine works on new advanced missile weapons
The head of the Central Directorate for Innovation Activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Vitalii Dobrianskyi, stated this during a briefing at Ukrinform.
"There are certainly developments, but they are not authorized for wide dissemination," he said.
Responding to a question about the possibility of replacing certain systems with domestically developed ones, he noted that relevant work is already underway.
"The existing military-technical potential of our state is being maximally engaged in the form of design and development work to create the newest missile weapons. As of today, there is a prospect for their use, but I will not give you a final timeline," Dobrianskyi explained.
According to him, there are currently developments that have reached a certain technical level, but details about them cannot be disclosed for security reasons.
As Ukrinform previously reported, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine discussed measures to increase the capabilities of the Defense Forces to strike the enemy.
