Factory producing Iskander and Oreshnik missiles attacked at night in Udmurtia, Russia

According to ASTRA, which analyzed eyewitness footage, the Votkinsk Machine Building Plant was hit during the night attack. This plant manufactures Iskander-M, Topol-M, and Oreshnik missiles.
This strategic defense enterprise is subject to sanctions by the US, the UK, the EU, Switzerland, Australia, Japan, and Ukraine.
Locals in chat rooms claim that workshops No. 22 and No. 36 were damaged during the attack.
It is not specified what caused the strike. According to Ukrainian sources cited by the media outlet, the strike was not carried out by UAVs but by Flamingo missiles, though this has not yet been confirmed. The distance from Votkinsk to the border with Ukraine is almost 1,500 kilometers.
In turn, the head of the Udmurt Republic, Aleksandr Brechalov, confirmed the attack on the region, stating that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had struck “one of the facilities” of the republic. According to him, the strike was carried out by drones. A total of 11 people were injured.
There are also reports of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on “two industrial sites” in the Samara region of the Russian Federation. “Last night, the enemy struck two industrial sites in the region. There were no casualties. Emergency services are working at the sites,” said Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, governor of the region.
The media outlet notes that Ukrainian Telegram channels reported that the Neftegorsk Gas Processing Plant JSC was attacked. There is no confirmation of this information yet.
The Neftegorsk Gas Processing Plant is an industrial enterprise that processes associated petroleum gas, located in the city of Neftegorsk, Samara region. The plant plays an important role in the utilization and processing of hydrocarbon raw materials in the region and is part of the Rosneft Oil Company.
In total, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that 77 drones were shot down overnight over eight Russian regions, the waters of the Sea of Azov, and the temporarily occupied Crimea.
As reported by Ukrinform, in the Pskov region of the Russian Federation, after a drone attack on a local oil depot on the night of February 19, a tank containing petroleum products caught fire.
