Russians build military base in Zaporizhzhia region to prepare reserves and train drone operators
According to Ukrinform, ATESH reported this on Telegram.
“Agents of the movement are conducting round-the-clock surveillance of the village of Myrne (Melitopol district). The invaders have launched large-scale construction there on the territory occupied by the 291st Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Russian Armed Forces,” the report says.
The Russians are building a permanent field camp to house personnel.
Particular attention is being paid to the creation of a training cluster. Training sites for UAV operators have been equipped.
The enemy is trying to create a rear base for training reserves and drone operators, hoping that they will not be reached deep inside the temporarily occupied territory.
“This is a mistake. Construction is proceeding under full control, and the coordinates have already been passed to the Ukrainian Defense Forces. Instead of new barracks, the invaders will be met with a hostile reception,” ATESH noted.
As reported by Ukrinform, in the temporarily occupied Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia region, fighters of the 78th Akhmat Sever regiment began active preparations to seize the city's most profitable enterprises to subsequently transfer them informally to the control of entities from Grozny.
