One killed, seven wounded in Russian shelling of Nikopol district
Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"In the Nikopol district, the aggressor killed one person. A 31-year-old man was killed. My sincere condolences to his family. Seven others were injured. A 30-year-old man has been hospitalized in moderate condition. The others are being treated on an outpatient basis," he wrote.
Throughout the day, Russian forces attacked the district with artillery and FPV drones. The communities of Nikopol, Pokrovske, Marhanets, and Myrove came under fire.
As a result of the attacks, two five-story apartment buildings and seven private houses were damaged, as well as an enterprise, two shops, three cafes, a market, a greenhouse, and two outbuildings. Another outbuilding was destroyed. Vehicles were also damaged.
In the Malomykhailivka community of the Synelnykove district, an enemy UAV damaged a private home.
Earlier reports said that over the past day, a farming enterprise in the Synelnykove district was damaged as a result of a drone attack.
