Russians 'shoot' two residents of Sumy region with drones during evacuation, investigation launched
According to Ukrinform, the Office of the Prosecutor General stated this on Telegram.
"Double strike on civilians: the enemy attacked people during evacuation in the Sumy region," the post says.

According to the investigation, on Tuesday, January 27, Russian forces struck a man and his wife with a drone as they were evacuating from the village of Hrabovske.
As a result of the first attack, the 52-year-old woman was killed.
After that, the enemy carried out a second strike on the 54-year-old man who was nearby.
Under the procedural supervision of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into a war crime resulting in a person's death (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
As Ukrinform previously reported, in the area of the village of Hrabovske in the Sumy region, the Russian army deliberately attacked with FPV drones and killed two people who were attempting to evacuate from the occupied territory.
