DIU shows elite unit in action on Zaporizhzhia front

The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) has released footage showing members of the Timur Special Unit in action on the Zaporizhzhia front, including the destruction of enemy hideouts and the capture of Russian soldiers.
According to Ukrinform, the DIU posted the video on Facebook.
“Tense footage of combat operations by the First Line unit, part of the Timur Special Uni’ of Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence, on the Zaporizhzhia front,” the post reads.
The DIU noted that “the video shows the destruction of enemy positions and hideouts with precise strikes by FPV drones and bombers, intense small-arms firefights, and episodes of capturing Russian soldiers.”
As Ukrinform reported, DIU medics carried out a unique operation to rescue a wounded soldier in open waters under enemy fire and without full medical equipment.
