Rescuers evacuate two families with nine children from Yurkivka

Rescuers of the State Emergency Service (SES), together with police officers, evacuated two large families with nine children from Yurkivka in the Zaporizhzhia region under explosions.

According to Ukrinform, SES reported this on Facebook.

The mother of six children said she was forced to evacuate because the explosions were getting closer. According to the mother of three children, rescuers and police officers accompanied them every step of the way.

The families were taken to a transit hub, where they were met by social service representatives and volunteers.

As Ukrinform reported, on November 23, DSNS workers evacuated a man and two women from Huliaipole due to constant Russian shelling.
