Russian forces shell Sumy region nearly 50 times in one day

From the morning of November 23 until the morning of November 24, Russian troops carried out nearly 50 attacks on 20 settlements in 10 territorial communities of Sumy region.

According to Ukrinform, the Sumy Regional Military Administration stated this on Facebook.

In the Khotin community, a 57-year-old man was injured in an enemy strike.

The highest number of attacks was recorded in the Sumy and Shostka districts.

The enemy used glide bombs, launched VOG grenades from UAVs, and attacked the Sumy region with FPV drones.

In the Khotin community, a residential building was destroyed; in the Seredyna-Buda community, private households were damaged.

According to updated information, in the Znob-Novhorodske community, in addition to a non-residential building and vehicles, an apartment building, private houses, and a civilian infrastructure facility were damaged.

As Ukrinform reported, in the Shostka district a rescuer was injured as a result of a Russian attack, and the building and equipment of a fire and rescue unit were damaged.
