Zelensky: Ukraine orders 100 Rafale fighter jets from France

Ukraine has placed an order for 100 Rafale fighter jets to equip its army.

According to a Ukrinform correspondent, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in an interview with TF1 television immediately after signing a contract with the French side at Villacoublay Air Base.

“Ukraine has just placed a historic order for 100 Rafale fighter jets to equip its army,” he said.

As reported by Ukrinform, the presidents of Ukraine and France signed a declaration on cooperation in the field of Ukraine's acquisition of defense equipment.
