Russian army shells Kramatorsk, damaging building and educational institution

On the morning of November 3, the Russian army shelled Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region, damaging an educational institution, an apartment building, and an administrative building.
According to Ukrinform, the Head of the Kramatorsk City Military Administration, Oleksandr Honcharenko, reported this on Facebook.
"On the morning of November 3, Kramatorsk came under enemy fire: at 3:45 a.m., Russian troops struck critical infrastructure; at 7:58 a.m., using Molniya-2 UAVs, the enemy struck the city center. An apartment building, an administrative building, and an educational institution were damaged," the city's head wrote.
He noted that the final consequences of the strikes are currently being determined.
As reported, the Russian army killed three residents of the Donetsk region and wounded another person on November 2.
