Russian troops shell 13 settlements in Kharkiv region, one dead and one wounded

Russian troops shelled 13 settlements in the Kharkiv region over the past day. One person was killed and another wounded.

According to Ukrinform, the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this on Telegram.

“Over the past day, 13 settlements in the Kharkiv region were hit by enemy strikes. As a result of the shelling in the village of Podoly, Kurylivka community, a 54-year-old man was killed. As a result of the explosion of an unknown object near the village of Kutuzivka, Vilkhivka community, a 39-year-old man was injured,” the report said.

According to Syniehubov, the enemy used various types of weapons in the Kharkiv region: ️5 guided aerial bombs, ️6 Shahed-type drones, ️14 Geran-2-type drones, 4 FPV drones, and ️2 UAVs of yet unidentified type.

As a result of the shelling, civilian infrastructure was damaged and destroyed.

"In the Bohodukhiv district, a private house, a garage, a car, 2 tractors (Shuby village), 2 private houses, power lines (Ivashky village), a private house, and power lines (Klynova Novoselivka village) were damaged. In the Kupiansk district, a truck (in the village of Semenivka) and an apartment building (in the village of Zelenyi Hai) were damaged," he said.

In the Lozova district, power lines were damaged in the villages of Blyzniuky and Novovolodymyrske. 6,996 users in the Blyznyuky community are temporarily without power.

The transit evacuation point in Lozova took in 163 people in 24 hours. Thirty-seven people remain, added the Head of the Regional Military Administration.
