Zaporizhzhia region donates UAH 7M worth of equipment to air defense forces
As reported by Ukrinform, Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov, announced this on Facebook.
“We’re helping those who defend our skies from Shahed drones and other types of enemy weapons. We’ve delivered essential equipment and machinery to one of the brigades of the East Air Command — worth more than seven million hryvnias,” Fedorov wrote.
He specified that the military had received a drone complex, a pickup truck and minibus, as well as office equipment, charging stations, and communication devices.
Fedorov emphasized that funds from the Zaporizhzhia Regional Defense Fund were being used efficiently to meet the urgent needs of those maintaining Ukraine’s air shield — “thanks to their skill and precision, enemy missiles and drones fail to reach their targets.”
As Ukrinform reported earlier, Vinnytsia community had recently handed over 260 FPV drones and 10 thermal imaging drones to the National Guard’s Chervona Kalyna brigade.
