One killed and another injured as Russian drone hit a store in Chernihiv region

A Russian-launched drone targeted a store in the border town of Semenivka, Chernihiv Oblast, killing a man and leaving a woman injured.

This was reported on Facebook by Oleksandr Seliverstov, head of the military administration for the Novhorod-Siversk District, in a post seen by Ukrinform.

"Russia continues its crimes against humanity. On the morning of October 13, a drone hit a store in Semenivka. Two civilians were affected by in the attack: a man died on the spot, and a woman sustained moderate injuries," the post says.

The attack set the store building ablaze.

As reported by the Chernihiv Oblast Police on Facebook, the man killed in the strike on Semenivka is a 29-year-old local resident, and the injured is a 71-year-old woman.

First responders have arrived at the scene of the enemy strike, and police are documenting a war crime by the Russian army.

As reported, on October 10 in the Semenivska community, Chernihiv Region, a Russian drone hit a car with energy workers inside, killing one and injuring four others.
