In the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region, water in batteries is dyed bright green so that people do not use it as drinking water due to water supply problems.
This was reported by the Center for National Resistance (CNS) on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“In the occupied Donbas, water in radiators is being dyed bright green. The occupying authorities say that this is to ‘detect leaks’, but in reality they are simply afraid that people will drain it for drinking,” the message says.
The CNS explained that this is how the invaders are saving the neglected heating system.
As reported, according to the decision of the occupying administration, water will be supplied to residential buildings once every three days in the temporarily occupied Donetsk and Makiivka.
