Man killed in Russian drone strike on Zaporizhzhia region

A 40-year-old man was killed and a fire broke out after a Russian drone attack on the village of Richne in Zaporizhzhia region.

Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov reported the incident on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“The enemy attacked the village of Richne in Zaporizhzhia district with an FPV drone. A man was killed, and a fire broke out,” Fedorov wrote.

Emergency services are working to eliminate the consequences of the strike.

Earlier reports indicated that over the past day, Russian forces carried out 580 attacks on 14 settlements across Zaporizhzhia region, injuring two people.
