Russia hits energy site in Chernihiv region again, leaving thousands without power

Russian troops have once again struck an energy facility in Nizhyn district of Chernihiv region, cutting power to more than 4,500 consumers.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Chernihivoblenergo JSC.
“Nizhyn district is under fire again, and once more an energy facility has been hit. Over 4,500 consumers are without electricity,” the statement said.
“Restoration is underway,” the company assured.
Earlier reports indicate that train movement in the Nizhyn direction has been complicated as a result of Russian attacks.
