Russia’s war casualty toll in Ukraine up by 920 over past day

The total combat losses of Russian forces in the war against Ukraine from February 24, 2022, to October 1, 2025, amount to about 1,111,480 personnel, including 920 in the past 24 hours.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

Russia’s losses also include: 11,223 (+1) tanks, 23,294 (+3) armored combat vehicles, 33,324 (+13) artillery systems, 1,505 (+0) MLRS, 1,224 (+0) air defense systems, 427 (+0) aircraft, 346 (+0) helicopters, 65,552 (+249) operational-tactical UAVs, 3,790 (+0) cruise missiles, 28 (+0) warships/boats, one (+0) submarine, 63,274 (+33) vehicles and fuel tanks, 3,979 (+0) units of special equipment.

As reported by Ukrinform, on September 30, as of 22:00, there were 137 combat engagements between Ukraine’s Defense Forces and Russian troops.
