Russian attacks have led to partial power outages across several settlements in the Sumy region.

According to a statement posted on Facebook by JSC Sumyoblenergo, reported by Ukrinform, the strikes targeted critical infrastructure, prompting emergency repair work.

“Due to Russian army strikes on critical infrastructure and the need for repair operations, electricity will be temporarily cut off for consumers in the city of Konotop, parts of Konotop district, as well as the city of Shostka and Shostka district,” the statement reads.

The affected communities include the Krolevets, Hlukhiv, Yampil, Svesa, and Seredyna-Buda communities.
