Civilian killed as Russian army shells Kostiantynivka

Russian forces shelled the city of Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region with cannon artillery, killing one civilian and damaging residential buildings and vehicles.
According to Ukrinform, the attack was reported on Facebook by Serhiy Horbunov, Head of the Kostiantynivka City Military Administration.
“Another enemy strike on Kostiantynivka with cannon artillery claimed the life of a civilian. The man sustained fatal injuries in his own home,” Horbunov wrote.
He added that the shelling also damaged the facades of private houses and a passenger car.
As Ukrinform previously reported, on August 1, Russian troops killed two civilians and injured ten others across the Donetsk region.
