Two killed, several injured in Russian drone and missile attack on Kyiv

The Ukrainian capital came under a large-scale aerial assault once again. Debris from Russian drones and missiles fell in several districts of the city, resulting in casualties.
"Unfortunately, we have two confirmed fatalities. These people were killed by Russians. It's a terrible loss. My condolences to their families and loved ones," Tymur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, wrote on Telegram.
He added that the number of injured was continuing to rise.
"Thirteen people were wounded as a result of the attack," he wrote.
