Russian airstrike on Myrne in Kharkiv region injures two

On the morning of May 26, the Russian army conducted an air strike on the village of Myrne, Kupiansk district, injuring two people.

This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office in Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“According to the investigation, on May 26, at about 8:45 a.m., the Russian armed forces launched an air strike on the village of Myrne, Kupiansk district. An 83-year-old woman and a 63-year-old man suffered an acute stress reaction,” the report says.

According to the prosecutor's office, houses and outbuildings were damaged.

A pre-trial investigation into a war crime (under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.

As reported, during the day (May 25 and night of May 26), Russian troops struck six settlements in Kharkiv region, killing two people and injuring three others.
