Russian troops attacked with FPV drones an evacuation vehicle belonging to the Proliska humanitarian mission, while a staff member was evacuating a couple from the village of Zoria near Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region.

Radio Liberty reported this on Telegram, as per Ukrinform.

“The Russian military attacked an evacuation vehicle of the Proliska humanitarian mission with FPV drones,” the message states.

According to Proliska staff member Yevhen Tkachov, he was escorting the couple out of the danger zone. Two other civilian vehicles following behind also carried people who had agreed to evacuate.

The first drone carried a shrapnel charge and hit Tkachov's car, followed by two other drones attempting to strike the civilians. Tkachov and a civilian woman were injured. She is now in hospital along with her husband, who is suffering from severe stress.
