Death toll from Russian missile attack on Sumy rises to 35

The death toll from a Russian ballistic missile strike on Sumy has risen to 35 people.

This was reported by the Prosecutor's Office of Sumy region in Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“As a result of a missile attack on the center of Sumy on April 13, 2025, 35 people died, including an 11-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy,” the post says.

As Ukrinform reported, on April 13, Russian troops hit the center of Sumy with two ballistic missiles.

Earlier, 34 people were reported dead, including two children. There were also reports of 117 injuries, including 15 children.
