AFU shot down 85 enemy drones, another 49 vanish from radar

The Ukrainian Defense Forces have shot down 85 Russian drones, and another 49 enemy UAVs have been lost.

According to Ukrinform, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this in a Telegram message.

Starting from 19:00 on Wednesday, April 9, the Russians attacked Ukraine with 145 Shahed-type attack UAVs and various types of imitator drones from the following directions: Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and Chaudha (temporarily occupied Crimea).

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

As of 09:00 on Thursday, April 10, 85 drones were confirmed downed in the north, south, east and center of the country.

49 enemy imitator drones were lost in the area (without negative consequences).

The consequences of the Russian attack were recorded in Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Khmelnytsky, Poltava, and Mykolaiv regions.

As reported by Ukrinform, ten people were injured in Mykolaiv as a result of an attack by Russian attack drones.
