Casualties, destruction in Odesa after Russian drone attack

Russian killer drones attacked Odesa overnight Thursday, causing fires in the suburbs, damaging infrastructure, and inflicting casualties.

Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"The enemy attacked Odesa suburbs. Civil infrastructure, commercial facilities went ablaze, cars have been damaged. Casualties have been reported," he wrote.

Medics are providing all necessary assistance to those affected and emergency services are working to eliminate the consequences of the attack, including to put out the fires at the impact sites, added Trukhanov

As Ukrinform reported earlier, at around midnight the Russians launched a massive air raid targeting Odesa, where multiple explosions were reported.
