Fire extinguished at Bohodukhiv Meat Processing Plant in Kharkiv region

In the Kharkiv region, rescuers have extinguished a large-scale fire at the Bohodukhiv meat processing plant, which broke out as a result of a nighttime drone attack.

This was reported on Facebook by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, Ukrinform reports.

“On the night of March 8, four enemy drones attacked a civilian enterprise in the city of Bohodukhiv. A large-scale fire broke out over an area of 2000 square meters. As of 20:40, the fire was extinguished and rescue operations were completed,” the statement said.

The SES noted that 56 rescuers, 13 units of equipment, including a pyrotechnic unit and a dog training unit of the SES, were working at the scene.

As a result of the shelling, three people were killed and seven others were injured.

As reported by Ukrinform, on March 8, from 1:35 to 2:55, four enemy drones attacked the territory of a meat processing plant in the city of Bohodukhiv, Kharkiv region. A large-scale fire broke out. Charred bodies were found at the site, preliminarily of three men who worked in the same shop.
