
Injury toll in missile attack on Kharkiv rises to eight
According to Ukrinform, this was reported by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov on Telegram.
"The number of people injured in this morning’s shelling has risen to eight," Terekhov stated.
Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, reported on Facebook that at 06:33, a Russian Iskander missile strike damaged a critical infrastructure facility in Kharkiv.
Heating restoration efforts are ongoing for eight apartment buildings affecting 670 households.
Fires broke out in five cars, ten garages, and an apartment in a residential building.
Over 30 private houses were damaged.
Two of the injured individuals have been hospitalized, Syniehubov confirmed.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Russians struck a civilian infrastructure facility and an apartment building in Kharkiv. Initially, five injuries were reported.
