Russians kill 7 civilians, injure 11 more in Donetsk region on Wed

Russian invaders killed seven residents and injured eleven more in the Donetsk region over the past day, February 25.

Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

“On February 26, Russians killed seven residents in the Donetsk region: six in Kostiantynivka and one in Pokrovsk,” the report says.

Another eleven people were wounded in the region over the day

In total, since the beginning of the full-scale war, at least 2,992 civilians have been killed and 6,786 others wounded in the Donetsk region. These figures do not include casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha.

As reported by Ukrinform, 6,600 civilians remain in Pokrovsk, Donetsk region. Russian troops shell all access roads to the city.
