The death toll from the Russian missile strike on a residential building in Poltava on February 1 has risen to 14.

The Poltava Regional Military Administration reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"The death toll has risen to 14 people, including two children. One person died in the hospital," the message reads.

It is noted that a total of 17 people were injured, including four children while 22 people were rescued.

The psychologists of the State Emergency Service and the National Police assisted 206 people, including 11 children.

Earlier, Ukrinform reported that the death toll from the missile strike on Poltava on February 1 had risen to 12, including two children.
