Four civilians injured in enemy shelling of Kharkiv region overnight
Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
According to him, in the Kyiv district of Kharkiv, windows in apartments and entrances of houses were damaged as a result of KAB attacks.
In Kupiansk, a house and a car caught fire following a KAB strike.
In Bobrivka village, Kharkiv district, three houses were damaged in a garden association as a result of a KAB strike. Four people were injured, noted Syniehubov.
In the village of Odnorobivka, Bohodukhiv district, the building of an educational institution was damaged when the enemy shelled the village with the S-300 system.
According to the regional governor, in the Kharkiv sector, Russians attacked eight times throughout the day with the support of aircraft in the areas of Hlyboke, Vovchansk and Tykhe. The defense forces successfully repelled five assaults, while three more combat clashes are ongoing.
In the Kupiansk sector, the Russian army made 10 attempts to dislodge Ukrainian units from their positions near Synkivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Pishchane, Stelmakhivka, and Andriivka. Nine attacks were successfully repelled. The situation remains tense in the vicinity of Stepova Novoselivka, where fighting is still ongoing.
Throughout the day in the Kharkiv region, combined groups of explosive experts demined 14.13 hectares of territory and neutralized 206 explosives, the regional governor added.
