Russian invaders are increasing property pressure on residents of the TOT of the Zaporizhzhia region to seize and further sell their homes and land.

The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

According to him, the Russian invaders organized raids and filtration to identify "ownerless property", seize it, and dispose of it at their discretion - to settle military or imported workers or to sell it later.

“ ‘Discovered’ that 35% of Melitopol's housing stock is rented out by people bypassing the occupation administration. Now they are looking for "illegal" rental housing to control every penny that TOT residents can get," said Fedorov.

The invaders are also forcing people to register their land plots to dispose of them freely in the future. According to the head of the RMA, most of the legal owners will not be able to prove their right to the property.

As reported, Russian troops attacked the Zaporizhzhia region 424 times over the past day, with seven settlements under fire.
