Prime Minister: Croatia not to support agreements providing for Ukraine's capitulation
Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenković said this during a speech at the Peace Summit in Switzerland, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"Peace can be different. The peace that Croatia can support will never require the victim to surrender and give up their own territories," Plenković said.
In his opinion, "real peace should include an immediate ceasefire, strong international involvement based on previous experience and possibly involving a high-level person who is trusted by all parties." "This is necessary to use all the mechanisms available in the UN that have been used in the past in other similar cases of reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories," the Prime Minister said.
As reported, the first Peace Summit officially started on Saturday afternoon in the Swiss Burgenstock resort with the participation of 100 delegations - 92 countries and eight international organizations.
