
Zelensky awards 54 more servicemen, 33 of them posthumously

President Volodymyr Zelensky has awarded 54 defenders of Ukraine with state awards, 33 of them posthumously.
The relevant Decree No. 32/2024 was published on the President's website, Ukrinform reported.
The President decided to award the defenders for their courage in defending the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and for selflessly performing their military duty.
According to the decree, the servicemen were awarded the orders of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, Danylo Halytsky, and 'For Courage', as well as medals 'For Military Service to Ukraine', 'To the Defender of the Fatherland', and 'For Saved Life'.
As reported earlier, by decrees No. 23/2024 and No. 24/2024, the head of state awarded 187 defenders of Ukraine, including 145 posthumously.
