
Russia reports drone attack on Belgorod region
The official took to Telegram to report the news, Ukrinform saw.
According to the report, a drone dropped an explosive on the village of Tishanka, Volokonovskiy district. No casualties were reported, the official noted, adding that the infrastructure facility sustained damage.
According to the governor, quadqopters two explosive devices in the Borisovsky district on the outskirts of the village of Tsapivka. One fragmentation munition was dropped from a UAV in the village of Novopetrovka, Valuyskiy urban district.
Gladkov added that five mortar shells were fired at the village of Spodaryushino in the Grayvoronsky district, where two explosive devices were also dropped from an UAV. An unmanned aerial vehicle was allegedly shot down over the village of Dobroye.
Nine mortar rounds were fired at the village of Bilyanka in the Shebekinsky urban district, seven at the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, six at the village of Sereda, four at the village of Mukhin, and three each – at the villages of Pankiv and Maryino.
As reported earlier, on August 23, the governor of Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported a drone attack on one of the local recreational facilities.
