
Another 45 civilians evacuated from Donetsk region
The Donetsk regional military administration (RMA) said this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"As a result of enemy continuing attacks, the population of Donetsk region is forced to leave for safer regions of the country. It is coordinated by the regional administration, rescuers and police officers, volunteers and representatives of local authorities are involved in the evacuation every day. Over the past day, rescuers helped 45 people (including 11 children and 2 people with reduced mobility) to evacuate from Pokrovsk district," the report says.
During the transportation from the meeting and registration point in Pokrovsk to the place of boarding the evacuation train, the assistance was provided to 24 people (including nine children and two people with reduced mobility).
"And with the help of the police, 85 people were evacuated yesterday," the Donetsk RMA said.
As reported by Ukrinform, mandatory evacuation of children was announced in eight settlements of Donetsk region.
