Russian airstrike targets Toretsk in Donetsk region
That’s according to Ihor Klymenko, Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs.
"Donetsk region: the enemy air force hit the town of Toretsk, targeting a local mine that is out of operation. Rescuers put out a fire on the rood of a three-storey administrative building and an on a lifting machine," he wrote.
Klymenko added that Kostiantynivka also came under the Russian missile strike at around midnight. Three households sustained damage.
The Minister added that the enemy fired at Kherson region twice in the night hours. In particular, at 00:25 Russian mortars shelled Kherson, and at about 3:00, Russian artillery hit the village of Stanislav where two households were damaged.
Klymenko recalled that at about 22:00 on Saturday, the Russian military hit a postal terminal in the village of Korotych, Kharkiv region. The strike killed six people and injured another 16. All of them are postal terminal employees.
The Nova Poshta postal operator that operated the terminal announced a day of mourning for its employees killed by the Russian strike.
