Germany sends Ukraine 10 more Leopard 1 A5 tanks

Germany handed over to Ukraine another batch of military aid.

The list of defense assistance, posted on the website of the federal government, was updated on the last day of summer, reports Ukrinform.

According to the list, the latest batch includes 10 Leopard 1 A5 main battle tanks (the same number was transferred earlier), a TRML-4D* radar (in total, the Armed Forces received three such units); and 16 VECTOR reconnaissance drones (in addition to the 88 previously delivered).

Also, four 8x8 HX81 tractor units and the same number of semi-trailers were delivered to Ukraine (previously: 42 and 37 were delivered, respectively).

In addition, Germany supplied more than 13 million firearms rounds and a field hospital.

It should be recalled that Germany is the world’s second-largest military aid partner of Ukraine.
