
Man injured as invaders shell village in Kherson region

In Kherson region, the Russian invaders shelled Veletenske village in Bilozerka community overnight. A 28-year-old man was seriously injured - he was diagnosed with burns to 70% of his body.
"The Russian army shelled Veletenske of Bilozerka community. A 28-year-old man was seriously injured in the shelling. He was diagnosed with burns to 70% of his body - face, body, hands, legs and respiratory tract," the Kherson Regional Military Administration posted on Facebook.
According to the administration, the man is currently in the intensive care unit, and doctors are fighting for his life.
It is noted that the occupiers fired on the civilian population on August 13 at around 5:30 a.m.
As Ukrinform reported, the enemy launched 61 shelling attacks on Kherson region on August 12. Three people were injured.
