
Three wounded as Russian troops fired 365 shells at Kherson region on Aug 12

The enemy launched 61 attacks on Ukraine's southern Kherson region on August 12, wounding three people.
Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, reported this on the Telegram messaging app, according to Ukrinform.
"In the last 24 hours, the enemy launched 61 attacks, firing 365 shells from mortars, artillery, UAVs and BMP-2 IFVs. The enemy fired 13 shells at the city of Kherson," he said.
Prokudin specified that the Russian military had targeted residential areas across the region, plants in Kherson, and cell towers in Beryslav.
"Three people were injured by Russian [shelling]," he wrote.
