Wagner fighters building fortifications at training ground in Belarus - media
That's according to the Belarusian service of Radio Liberty, which analyzed exclusive satellite images of this training ground taken by Planet Labs on July 31, 2023, Ukrinform reports.
The Repishche training ground is located 15 kilometers from the Wagner mercenary camp in the village of Tsel. The photo shows the construction of numerous fortifications, possibly dugouts. Objects similar to passenger cars and light-gray UAZ minibuses can be seen near them, bulldozers are working.

On July 29, the Belarusian Defense Ministry announced that the 51st Artillery Brigade would hold joint exercises at this training ground with Wagner Group instructors.
Not so long ago, a video showing the construction of a fortified forest camp appeared in a Telegram channel associated with Wagner mercenaries. The dugouts there are equipped with small stoves, so the camp can be suitable for living in the cold season. It was not possible to determine the location of the shooting more precisely.
There are construction equipment and platforms for its transportation in separate parking lots. These platforms completely coincide in color with those on the video of the "Belarus Brain" Telegram channel, which was previously verified by Radio Liberty. It was taken on the Bobruysk bypass road, when the train was crossing the Berezina River.
As reported, on June 23, Wagner Group leader Yevgeny Prigozhin announced a "march of justice" against the Russian military leadership, in particular against Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
The self-proclaimed leader of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, held talks with Prigozhin, after which he stated that the group's fighters were stopping their march on Moscow and returning to their field camps.
After that, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Wagner forces could sign a contract with the Russian Defense Ministry or go to Belarus.
On August 1, the 14th convoy of Wagner mercenaries arrived in Belarus.
